Privacy

Short version: I only keep your email to send you the newsletter. No ads, no trackers, no selling your data.

Who is responsible

SEO G.O.A.T., a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (NIP 5273095410). Questions or requests: [email protected].

What I collect

  • Your email address, when you subscribe.
  • Which form you used and when, and a scrambled version of your IP address (to stop spam signups). The scrambled IP can’t be turned back into your address.

The site has no analytics, no ad pixels and no cookies.

Why

To send you the newsletter you asked for. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to me.

Who else touches the data

  • Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks.
  • My server, rented from Hostinger, stores the subscriber list.
  • Postmark sends the emails.
  • Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.

I never sell or share your email with anyone else.

How long

Until you unsubscribe. After that your address is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or move it elsewhere. If you think I handle it wrong, you can complain to a data protection authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
